Heat Welding

Seams are where commercial floors fail — moisture, cleaning and rolling traffic put them under daily stress. Heat welding fuses sheet vinyl seams with a color-matched thermoplastic rod into a continuous joined surface. Requirements depend on the specified flooring system and the facility. We coordinate seam preparation and welding with the selected manufacturer's instructions.

Flash Coving

Flash coving carries the flooring material up the wall in a single continuous piece — no baseboard joint, no 90-degree corner for grime and moisture to collect in. Combined with heat-welded seams, it creates a cleanable transition detailed to the specified system, with corners and terminations that need careful installation.

Carpet Tile

Modular carpet tile is the workhorse of office, education, and church flooring — acoustic comfort, design flexibility, and a maintenance story facility managers love: when a tile is stained or worn, you replace that tile, not the floor. We install all major commercial brands and patterns, from monolithic to ashlar to random-lay.

Commercial Sheet Vinyl

Homogeneous and heterogeneous sheet vinyl delivers a seamless, resilient, easy-to-sanitize surface for the hardest-working floors in your building. Porcelain Tile

For lobbies, entries, restrooms, and showers, porcelain tile delivers the longest service life of any commercial finish. Our setters handle large-format tile, uncoupling membranes, and proper substrate prep so your tile floor doesn't crack, hollow out, or lippage its way into a punch list.

Commercial Showers

Gym locker rooms, hospital patient bathrooms, ADA roll-in showers — commercial wet areas are unforgiving. We build them from the waterproofing up: sloped pans, membrane systems, drains, and slip-rated tile or sheet goods detailed around the selected system and applicable project requirements.

Broadloom Carpet

Wall-to-wall broadloom still wins where warmth, acoustics, and seamless appearance matter — sanctuaries, boardrooms, funeral homes, hospitality. We handle pattern matching, power stretching, and the seam placement planning that separates a flat, quiet floor from a callback.

Hardwood

Commercial hardwood makes a statement in offices, retail, and public spaces — when it's installed for commercial reality: moisture testing, acclimation, the right finish for traffic, and substrate prep that keeps it flat. We install and finish hardwood built to be walked on hard.

Floor Removal & Prep

The floor you see is only as good as what's under it. We tear out existing flooring — carpet, VCT, ceramic, glued-down anything — then grind, patch, level, and moisture-test the substrate. It's the least glamorous part of the job and the single biggest predictor of whether your new floor lasts.
